The plant processes gas from Nexus Energy’s offshore Longtom development in the VIC/L29 permit area in the Gippsland basin, 19 kilometres south-west of the Patricia and Baleen wells, which are wholly-owned by Santos.
In an announcement to the Australian Securities Exchange, Nexus said the outage was expected to continue until the fault was identified and fixed through an offshore intervention programme.
