SapuraKencana said the joint venture would work to identify potential business opportunities, investments, joint ventures, business combinations or other transactions in Brunei's oil and gas industry.
The effective completion date for the joint venture is expected to be 31 August and will see SapuraKencana will hold a 70% stake in the newly formed company, with Euthalia holding the remaining 30% equity.
