The first contract is a shallow-water seabed survey over the Ghasha-Butini field, and will take around 12 months to complete at an approximate value of US$125 million.

Fugro said the job came about as a result of a variation order signed today by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and CGG.

The second contract is for an ocean bottom cable survey in Asia-Pacific with a value of about US$55 million.
