Sembcorp’s SMOE Indonesia and Swiber’s Rajawali Swiber Cakrawala (RSC) will start work on the Naga and Pelikan fields offshore Indonesia in July, providing two wellhead platforms, two infield subsea pipelines and modification works on the existing facility, as foreshadowed by Upstream in April.
Under the deal, SMOE would be responsible for engineering design, procurement, construction, offshore hook-up and commissioning of the platforms and modification work on the existing central processing platform.
