The hull of the Sete Brasil-owned drillship Arpoador is set to depart from Singapore in mid-October and arrive in Brazilian waters in late November, a delay of more than six months from original schedule.

It is understood that Jurong Shipyard has contracted the Dockwise heavy-lift vessel Black Marlin to dry-tow the Arpoador hull to the Estaleiro Jurong Aracruz (EJA) shipyard, in southern Espirito Santo state, where final commissioning will take place.
