Shell awards Appomattox pipe-coating work

Anglo-Dutch supermajor Shell has selected a unit of Aegion, in conjunction with manufacturer Materia, to provide pipe coatings and insulation for pipes associated with the giant Appomattox development in the deep-water Gulf of Mexico.
