The Anglo-Dutch supermajor and the Russian gas monopoly are aiming for the planned Baltic LNG facility to have annual capacity of 10 million tonnes, Reuters reported.
The news wire first reported earlier this week that the two companies were due to ink the deal on the sidelines of the annual Russian investment forum, being held in St Petersburg this week, citing Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov.
