Shell projects on track despite oil slide

Shell Oil, the US unit of Anglo-Dutch supermajor Shell, said it plans to move ahead with its massive planned investment in Canada's oil sands, and a joint-venture to build the largest refinery in the US despite the recent slide in oil prices.
