Shell 'sells stake' in Malaysia fields

Shell has reportedly agreed to sell its operatorship stake in four producing oilfields off Sabah, Malaysia to local independent Hibiscus Petroleum in a $25 million deal as part of an asset divestment effort by the Anglo-Dutch supermajor.
