Shell slated over Brent stairwell

The UK's offshore watchdog has upheld a union complaint against Shell for not acting quickly enough over an internal inspection report made last year showing the poor condition of the Brent Bravo stairwell that should have gone through the company's own internal materials corrosion and damage process.
