Shell's pre-emptive Alaska suit fails

A pre-emptive lawsuit filed by Anglo-Dutch supermajor Shell to protect its right to drill offshore Alaska was thrown out by a federal court because he deemed it too "hypothetical" to proceed and against the US constitution.
