Sime Darby boss faces corruption charges

A senior executive at Malaysian conglomerate Sime Darby has been charged with corruption amid a legal probe into the business of its energy and utilities (E&U) division, after it chalked up 1.6 billion ringgit ($507 million) in losses stemming from project cost overruns.
