The three vessels, each of SPP17A design, were built at the Zhejiang shipyard and were contracted in July 2014, Sinopacific said in a statement.
The vessels were "tailor-made" based on Naviera's requirements, the shipbuilder added.
Naviera vice president said the PSVs will become "a banner of our fleet".
The delivery represents Sinopacific's entry into the Mexican market.
The "small-size" PSVs were designed by Shanghai Design Associates under Sinopacific, with a length of 61.8
