Sinopec buys 10% of Northern Lights

Total E&P Canada, a wholly-owned subsidiary of French giant Total, said today it has sold a 10% interest in the Northern Lights Partnership to SinoCanada Petroleum Corporation, a subsidiary of state-run China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec).
