SoCal to pay $4m in Aliso Canyon settlement

Southern California Gas (SoCal) will pay more than $4 million to settle charges stemming from its handling of the Los Angeles-area Aliso Canyon leak, which spewed methane into the air for four months, forcing evacuations and leaving residents ill.
