Socar Cape has won a two-year contract extension to provide fabric maintenance services to the oil giant’s onshore and offshore assets in the gas-rich Caspian Sea nation.

London-listed Cape said the estimated contract value is more than $90 million.

Last weekAberdeen-based KCA Deutag won deals worth up to $1 billion from BP in the Caspian Sea.

The platform operations and maintenance and engineering support services deals come with firm periods and optional extension periods.
