The Tanzanian Ministry of Energy and Minerals has declared it has no objection to the proposed assignment of a 13% interest in the project to Solo.
The initial deal, announced in early November, will now move forward with the first 6.5% interest transfer which is only subject to a formal deed of assignment being signed by all the parties.
Solo and Aminex have agreed to extend the deadline on the agreement due to the longer-than-expected time taken to get the approval.
