Sona said it had reached an agreement with the sellers, Santos and Quadrant Energy, to extend the cut-off date, from 31 March to 30 April, for it to satisfy the conditions of the deal.
The conditions that Sona noted were still to be met included the transitional services agreement and the assignment and assumption document for the Dampier Spirit floating storage and offloading vessel.
