Songa Mercur to spud Cuban wildcat shortly

The Songa Offshore semi-submersible Songa Mercur will spud the Zarubezhneft-operated L-01X wildcat off the Cuban north-central coast in the “coming days,” the country’s Communist party newspaper Granma reported this weekend.
