Statoil senior vice president for projects Anders Opedal said on Tuesday that the total capital expenditure on facilities, counting projects that are operated by the company and are currently in the implementation phase, amounts to Nkr205 billion ($33.2 billion).
Opedal, speaking to the press at the ONS conference in Stavanger, said these numbers stem from more than 100 active projects, 61 of which are in the execution phase, and added that about 80% of these investments are earmarked for the Norwegian continental shelf.
