Subsea 7 vice president for the UK and Canada Phil Simons said that the latest extensions recognized the company’s strong track record in providing subsea services to Shell dating back to 1984.
The London-headquartered subsea player said that the extensions from 2016 will see provide diving support vessel and remotely-operated vehicle support vessel services for subsea construction, inspection, repair, maintenance and decommissioning services across Shell's UK offshore fields and facilities.
