Suncor sells shares to fund Syuncrude deal

Oil sands giant Suncor Energy plans to raise at least C$2.5 billion (US$1.96 billion) in a bought deal financing to fund its recent purchase of Murphy Oil's stake in the Syncrude joint venture.
