Swiber placed under judicial management

The Singaporean High Court granted an order putting the company and its subsidiary Swiber Offshore Construction into interim judicial management under KPMG Services’ Bob Yap Cheng Ghee, Tay Puay Cheng and Ong Pang Thye.

Following the appointment of the joint judicial mangers, the court granted Swiber’s application to discharge the provisional liquidators appointed when the company filed its winding up application last month, while also granting it leave to withdraw the winding up application.
