The pair signed a joint operation agreement which will see Techincs' wholly-owned subsidiary Technics Offshore Jaya provide technology and technical support for Elnusa's projects in Indonesia.
Technics said the agreement would seek to improve Indonesia’s oil and gas production efficiency through the manufacturing of equipment such as gas compressor systems, pumping systems, well test equipment and hydraulic worker units.
It will also look to improve efficiency by providing upgrading maintenance services for on-shore and offshore platform and facilities, carrying out advanced rig refurbishments and establishing more micro liquefied natural gas plants.
