THHE revealed this week Orwell Offshore and MIB Italiana had submitted winding up petitions to the Kuala Lumpur High Court of Malaya claiming $7.6 million and nearly $1.3 million, respectively.
Orwell is claiming the money for the supply of equipment and machinery for the FPSO, while MIB Italiana’s claim is for the supply and installation of a quick release hook and mooring hawser.
