"We seek not just to deliver the energy the world needs but to do so in a way that is safe and environmentally responsible," Tillerson said during the opening plenary of the World Petroleum Congress in Moscow.
Industry will need to adhere to that mandate of safe and environmentally responsible energy while ramping up production, Tillerson said.
