The Dubai-based player has inked a deal for two firm Vard 3 08-design units in a deal worth around $115 million.
The owner has also pencilled in options for two further units.
The firm orders will be delivered in the third and fourth quarters of 2017.
Topaz did not reveal details about the optional units but a spokesman said they were secured “at very attractive terms”.
