An improvement notice was served on 1 August after two separate visits to the installation by Health & Safety Executive (HSE) inspectors in May and July.
They found that some staff were not working in accordance with health and safety management procedures.
In some cases this related to a failure to follow procedures in relation to hazardous area equipment inspection and maintenance.
