As part of the deal, Harding & Shelton is changing its name to Antioch Energy but it will continue to be led by its existing management team including chief executive Kevin Dunnington and president Nathaniel Harding.
“Everyone on our management team has run their own independent oil and gas company and brings a tremendous amount of experience, technical expertise and knowledge to the table,” Harding said.
