Boutique energy investment bank Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co (TPH) has agreed to merge with international financial services player Perella Weinberg Partners in a move aimed at expanding the reach of both firms.
While the combined company will focus on several sectors not directly linked to energy, TPH will retain the Tudor Pickering name and serve as the energy advisory arm of the larger company, which will be known as Perella Weinberg Partners (PWP).
