The Transocean-owned drilling rig has been drilling at the Cara prospect to the north-east of the Gjoa field off Norway under a charter with Engie E&P, news site Offshore.no reported.
However, the semisub is now booked for a berth at Coast Center Base near Bergen towards the end of September once the estimated 66-day drilling work is completed.
The rig is though due to be mobilised again in December for a 250-day contract with Det Norske Oljeselskap for drilling of a total of four wells in the Alvheim area - an exploration probe at the West Volund prospect and three production holes.
