On a quarterly conference call with investors, Transocean's senion vice president of marketing Terry Bonno said that drillship Dhirubhai Deepwater KG2 had won a six-month contract with an "undisclosed operator".
"We expect to consummate several additional contracts in the near term," he said. "However, due to negotiations not yet being final and the competitiveness of the current market, we will refrain from commenting specifically on these (at this time)."
