Triangle USA and Ranger Fabrication both filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the US bankruptcy code, which allows business to continue through restructuring.
According to documents filed in Bankruptcy Court in Delaware, Triangle USA has between 1000 and 5000 creditors. It also has assets totalling between $500 million and $1 billion, with total liabilities falling within the same range.
Meanwhile, Ranger Fabrication is shown to have between 50 and 99 creditors.
