Tribunal begins hearings on 'Arctic 30'

The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea is expected to deliver its provisional ruling in the case of the so-called ‘Arctic 30’ after opening hearings on the environmental activists detained in Russia over a protest at an Arctic oil platform.
