TSC to sell jack-up

Drilling-equipment-package specialist TSC Group, through its Singapore-based subsidiary Alliance Offshore Drilling (AOD), has completed a deal with a Houston—based drilling contractor to sell a jack-up rig under construction at China's CSSC Guangzhou Huangpu Shipbuilding.
