China National Petroleum Corporation signed a cooperation agreement with the Turkmengaz State Concern on 6 June for the agreement amid talks of further increasing cooperation, the company announced.
This was further boosted by a visit paid by CNPC chairman Jiang Jiemin to Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in Beijing last week, where the two discussed “the operation of current projects and expansion of cooperation,” CNPC said.
