The UK High Court this week issued winding-up orders against Belize-incorporated Eco-Energy Corp and UK company Sturgeon Estates Limited following an official investigation and an 8 June petition from the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Skills.
Eco is not related to US midstream company Eco-Energy in Franklin, Tennessee.
