It follows two other B-class jack-ups that were built at the yard for the owner: the UMW Naga 4 was delivered in February 2013 and is currently working for Petronas Carigalia off Malaysia; and the UMW Naga 5 was delivered in April last year and is working for Korea Nation Oil Corporation (KNOC) off Vietnam.
UMW ordered the third unit in February last year for around $218 million.
