The offshore services player on Tuesday announced it had entered a sale and purchase agreement with Swiber Offshore Construction to acquire half of the ordinary shares in the capital of Rawabi Swiber Offshore Services, which is jointly owned by Saudi Arabian oil and gas company Rawabi.
Rawabi Swiber is a provider of offshore marine support services for oil platforms and projects.
