Van der Hoeven: All should back carbon price

The head of the International Energy Agency has urged all operators to "follow suit" and endorse a letter from six European giants arguing in favour of a comprehensive global pricing system for carbon amid an increasingly rancorous debate between European and US oil majors over the issue.
