The Canadian company plans to drill two wells as part of this campaign, with two more targeted for 2016.
Vermilion said recently it produced nearly 5900 barrels per day of oil from Wandoo in the quarter ended 30 June 2015, and continues to plan for long-term production levels of between 6000 bpd and 8000 bpd.
Once Vermillion completes the well, the jack-up Noble Tom Prosser will change hands to Quadrant Energy, which has a multi-well 18-month campaign planned.
