It follows the halt of production from the Njord and interconnected Hyme fields in the Norwegian Sea earlier this summer as part of the so-called Njord Future project to redevelop the pair.
Statoil is looking to tap an additional 177 million barrels of oil equivalent from the two fields and another 66 million barrels from the nearby Snilehorn discovery that will be tied into Njord.
