Vryhof and MoorLink on Sunday signed a letter of intent for the sale ahead of the Offshore Technology Conference in Houston, Upstream has learned.
Late last year, HitecVision announced the purchase of a 71.3% stake of Vryhof's parent company, Mooring Holding, with the goal of turning the company into the first full turnkey contractor of mooring systems for permanent offshore installations.
