About 68 people will be let go in Ward County, including 34 from the carbon dioxide recovery plant in the town of Wickett, according to data from the Texas Workforce Commission. The rest will be laid off from the Wickett field office.
Another 34 will be laid off from the company's Midland office.
The layoffs will be completed by 31 October, according to commission data.
