The Tulsa, Oklahoma-based company will provide gathering services to its existing Transco lateral, which will transport gas to the Williams Mobile Bay processing facility onshore.
In addition, Williams plans to install an alternate delivery route from its Main Pass 261 platform to the existing Destin Pipeline for transportation to another onshore processing facility.
Shell is 79% owner in the Appomattox development and is the operator.
