Icon spudded the Windom 1 well on ATP 626P on 7 May, with the well reaching a total depth of 1200 metres and hitting better coal than initially expected, with indications of 11.8 metres net coal in the Walloon Coal measures.
The well will now be plugged and abandoned, with the Ensign International Energy Services rig Ensign 960 moving to drill Eolus 1 in the same licence area.
