Under the terms of the agreement, ConocoPhillips will get $350 million from the sale of its stake in the Rufisque Offshore, Sangomar Offshore and Sangomar Deep Offshore blocks, plus an additional $80 million in customary adjustments.
The blocks include the large SNE and FAN discoveries. Woodside estimates the SNE discovery in the Sangomar Offshore block contains 560 million barrels of recoverable oil.
