Anglo-Dutch supermajor Shell said on Wednesday that it is returning personnel to its offshore assets in the US Gulf as forecasts "continue to show (the storm system) moving away from our operations".
"We are in the process of safely resuming drilling operations that were suspended as a precautionary measure," Shell said, adding that none of its operated production facilities had been shut in.
