About 350 members of the two unions working on Shell platforms across the North Sea started strike action in July after rejecting proposed cuts to terms and conditions by the Aberdeen services contractor.
On Thursday, the Unite union said the new offer had been accepted by 105 votes to 82.
The RMT union said 53% of workers voted in favour of accepting the offer but did not reveal the number of workers who voted.
