WorleyParsons buys Norwegian outfit

Australian engineering giant WorleyParsons has bought Norwegian company Bergen Group Rosenberg for nearly Nkr1.1 billion (US$190 million) in cash in order to boost its presence in the Norwegian continental shelf offshore oil and gas market.
